Out of School Time

Out of School Time.OST

The library continues to provide free space, materials and access to information, and the Bubbler has strenthened Madison Public Library's commitment to supporting those who serve teenagers outside of school hours by working with OST providers to bring more hands-on projects in the fine arts and digital arts to their group activities. Connect with us if you'd like to bring your teen group for a library tour and workshop, or if you'd like to explore the possibility of the Bubbler coming to you.

*The City of Madison is taking a hard look at how they can ensure all children and youth have access to the kinds of comprehensive, high quality, OST programs that support positive youth development, educational achievement, and/or career and community readiness. In order to accomplish this, the Madison Out of School Time (MOST) initiative was established to engage parents and youth, OST program providers, the City of Madison, the Madison Metropolitan School District, Dane County, and community stakeholders to develop a city-wide system that supports collaboration and coordination across OST programs for children and youth.
